Terms of use

These terms apply when you use sunyra.ai or the Sunyra app for Android ("Sunyra", "we", "us"). By using Sunyra you agree to them. Sunyra is a brand of LAISHA (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, a company registered in India (CIN U62011WB2026OPC289399; registered office 4th Floor, Devi Market, 83 S P Mukherjee Road, Kalighat, Kolkata 700026, West Bengal, India), the company behind Laisha. Payments for sunyra.ai are processed by Laisha. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

The service

Sunyra provides astrological calculations, articles, readings, paid reports, Ask Sunyra and related tools. Astrology is offered as a tradition of interpretation for reflection and guidance, not a guarantee of events and not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice; see our disclaimer.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sunyra, and 18 or over to buy anything or to use matchmaking.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account. Give a real email address. One Sunyra account also signs you in at laisha.ai. You can delete your account at any time.

Your use

Use Sunyra lawfully and for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not scrape the site at scale, interfere with its operation, try to get into other people's accounts, or enter another person's birth details without their consent.

Content

Articles, readings, reports, designs and code on Sunyra are ours or our licensors' and are protected by copyright. You may share links and short quotations with attribution. A report you buy is for your personal use and that of the people it is about. Classical texts we cite remain in the public domain; our translations and commentary do not.

Paid reports and Ask Sunyra question packs are digital products generated from the details you enter and delivered instantly to your account. Prices are shown in US dollars and converted to your currency at checkout. On the website, payment is taken by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record; in the Android app, by Google Play.

All sales are final. Because each report is created for you and delivered the moment payment is confirmed, we do not give refunds once it has been delivered, including for a change of mind or for birth details entered incorrectly. Please check the birth date, time and place before you buy. If a report you paid for fails to appear in your account, write to us and we will deliver it. Purchases made through Google Play are also covered by Google Play's own refund policies; if Google refunds a purchase, the report or questions it bought are withdrawn. Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived.

Ask Sunyra

Ask Sunyra answers questions about one of your saved charts with Sunyra's own reading engine. A question pack buys a number of answered questions for your account; questions are counted only when an answer is given, never for an answer that only says the question could not be read, and never for an answer that points you to help in a crisis. Unused questions stay in your account and are not refundable or transferable. Answers are interpretation, and may be wrong; do not rely on them for decisions about health, money, the law or your safety.

Matchmaking

Matchmaking ("Find a match"), when it is open, is for adults looking for a marriage partner, for themselves or, with their agreement, for a family member. If you use it:

  • Be truthful. Profiles must be made from a real birth chart of a real person aged 18 or over, with that person's consent. No fake, duplicate or commercial profiles.
  • Be respectful. No harassment, threats, hate, sexual content, requests for money, or pressure of any kind. No contact details in profiles; what you share in member chat after a mutual match is your choice.
  • Use photos only of the person the profile is for, that you have the right to use.
  • We review photos and reported content, and may hide or remove any profile, photo or message, or close an account, that breaks these rules. Report anything that worries you from the profile or the chat, and block anyone you do not want to hear from.
  • We do not check identities, backgrounds or intentions, and we are not part of any arrangement you make with another member. Meet carefully, in public, and tell someone you trust.
  • A member-chat pass, where offered, is a one-time purchase for the period shown when you buy it and does not renew. The same "all sales are final" rule applies.

Forum

Posts in the forum are public. Post only what you have the right to share, keep to the topic, and follow the same respect rules as matchmaking. Posts are moderated and we may remove any post.

Third-party services

Sunyra uses third-party services, including Dodo Payments and Google Play for payments, Google for sign-in, AdSense advertising and YouTube videos, and OpenStreetMap Nominatim for place search. Their own terms and policies apply to those services.

Liability

Sunyra is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make or losses you suffer based on astrological content, or for indirect or consequential losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Ending

You can stop using Sunyra at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with notice where practical.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to us first; most problems are settled that way. Otherwise, the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction, without taking away the protection of the consumer laws of the country where you live.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. If a change matters, we will say so on the site before it takes effect. Questions: [email protected].
