The nineteenth nakshatra points at the heart of our galaxy. It is Mula, and its name means the root. Its stars are the curled tail and sting of the Scorpion. Look toward Mula, and you look toward the centre of the Milky Way, which lies at about three degrees of sidereal Sagittarius, inside Mula. A striking match for a nakshatra called the root.

Its deity is Nirriti, and its lord is Ketu. Mula is the energy of getting to the bottom of things. Find your own Moon's nakshatra with a free kundli at sunyra.ai.
